Buy a new Video Card!
get this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127368
almost the same as buying a cable huh? lol

this baby has S-Video, and also DVI, (if you have an HDTV with HDMI input, just buy an DVI to HDMI cable and you will get the pest quality out of it)
here is the link of the cable:

They sell the cable at Wallmart too.

PS: Make sure witch video slot you motherboard has (AGP, PCI-E, etc) and buy the card according to that!
