Hi,

Yes, it is possible to set up your PC in order to watch TV on your PC or Computer Live. There are a couple of websites on the Internet which would enable you to do so. Some of them are paid & some, free. The free ones are as good as the paid ones except you don’t get the same picture quality & you also don’t get the same number of channels as you get in the paid ones. I recently signed up for one & I must tell you that it is a great experience to watch LIVE TV on your Computer or PC.

I have been able to watch channels like ESPN, HBO, Discovery Channel etc. with the help of this website. I highly recommend this (it is not scam like many others) & it is definitely something that you should check out. There are a couple of problems in that all the channels are aired at the same time. But the websites have made it possible since they give you about 4 channel providers & they will manage the timing in such a way that the channel will be aired at some time or the other in one of the channel providers. Thus, Internet TV has become very popular since many people are able to watch TV on their laptop or PC on the go, LIVE. To get a decent program you need to pay (ones i prefer cost around $50) allot of these programs are just crap.

The better your internet connection the higher quality the channels usually are, if you have broadband (minimum) it should be ok though.

I have bought a few of these programs and i think the best is satellite direct.

Remember though, with all these programs, the 3000+ channels they claim to have aren’t all in english, you will normally get access to maybe 1500 english channels max.
