Cable TV and PC question ?

If i have a Media Center PC without a cable hook up on the back of my computer, and i buy a Hauppauge WinTV-GO-Plus PCI TV Tuner Card will i then be able to hook up a coaxial cable and watch TV ? and to record tv do i need Hauppauge WinTV-PVR USB2 ? do i need both ?

Remote control transmitter (IR Blaster) and receiver cable

Audio cable for connection to sound card

  1. The pvr usb2 works and it comes with the media center remote. Its really easy to set up. I would say go with the usb2.
